ONCE A BOOKING IS RECEIVED YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL TERMS & CONDITIONS

We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance which covers you in the event of cancellation.

The minimum stay at Casa Azul is for 2 nights.

On booking, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total price, to be paid by bank transfer. The remaining 50% should be paid in cash on arrival (please note we do not have the facility to take card payments at Casa Azul). If you wish to cancel your booking we will refund your deposit up to 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. After this, we regret the deposit is non-refundable.

On arrival at Casa Azul we will require guests to pay a damage deposit of €100, which must be paid in cash.  All damage/breakages should be reported and will be charged for.  The damage deposit will be refunded, less any charges, at the conclusion of your stay on satisfactory inspection of the apartment.

No more than two people can be accommodated in the double room. If more people arrive than agreed then accommodation will be refused. This includes babies and toddlers, where the intention is for them to share your bed.

We will not accept responsibility or liability for any accident/illness or damage to your property sustained during your stay regardless of howsoever it occurs. In particular your attention is drawn to the fact that the use of all facilities is at your own risk. Damage to our property by negligence or unreasonable use must be paid for.

Guests are reminded that swimming is at your own risk, there is no lifeguard present and a responsible adult must supervise minors at all times. For safety reasons we ask that no glassware is used round the pool, we provide plastic/melamine to use.

Please do not bring dogs or any other pets as they will not be allowed on the property. We have our own family dogs at Casa Azul who are very friendly but will be kept out of your accommodation.

Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the property. You may smoke outside in the relaxation area.

Please keep noise levels to an acceptable level, particularly after 11:00pm and before 8:00am.
